Can this hitch receiver go on a truck with snowplow mounts , without interfering with hooking up the plow.

If you look at the diagram from the installation instructions I've provided for you, you'll be able to see that the flanges of the front mounted receiver attach to the sides of the frame members, and the crossbar of the hitch will sit under the frame.

I don't have any information about the plow set-up you're using, or how it installs to the vehicle, so I cannot say if there will be any interference, but you should be able to compare the way the hitch attaches to the plow mounts, and determine if the mounts would interfere with the hitch installation.

I checked with Curt just now and the #31604 front hitch does for the 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Sport models. It does not fit the 1500 Sport models.

We don't have any concealed front hitches available for your 2000 Dodge Ram 1500. Probably the best option would be the Curt hitch part #31604 which I attached an install picture for that shows where it will be once installed.
