Recommended E16 Fifth Wheel Hitch Clearance Between Camper and Bed Rails on Ford F-250 Super Duty

I have an E16 fith wheel hitch. 1st what is the clearence between the camper and the bed rails for towing? 2nd if i were to lower the 5th wheel head what is the torque that the bolt need to be.

When installing the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Roller, part # 16516 on your Ford Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty you will want approximately 5 or 6 inches of clearance between the camper and the bed rails. I also spoke with my contact at Curt and he said you will want to torque the 44 mm bolts to 75 ft/lbs.
