Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation for a 1997 Ford Explorer
Question:
I have a 97 Ford Explorer 4 door and I was hoping that product # 118241 would work for my Explorer. I looked for the trailer light harness in the vehicle and found one that had something already plugged in lights for the license plate. I was wondering if you guys know if this would still work, it seems like it might not since the other lights were already plugged into the harness. Thanks,

If you can find the matching connector for the # 118241 on your 1997 Ford Explorer it would work, or for wiring harness that I can guarantee will work regardless of if you have the connector you would want the part # 118345. This will fit either way as it bypasses the connector you are looking for.
I attached an install video for the # 118241 for you to check out as well.
