Brake Controller Recommendation for a 2012 Chevy Colorado

I have a 2012 chevy colorado with factory towing package.Which brake controller would be best.I will tow a pop up or small rv trailer. Do you know if wires exist for this under dash. Thank you

For a brake controller for your 2012 Chevy Colorado I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.

Since you have the factory tow package with the 7-way this will connect to the brake controller wires that you have under the dash of your vehicle. Check out the FAQ article I attached that details how this is done.
