Would Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FSTC1000301 fit 2 in Wide by 3 in Tall Trailer Frame

My trailer has a 2inch wide and 3inch high tongue. the trailer is 5 x 8. the spare has 5 bolt pattern. do you have one of these that will work on this trailer?

Yes, the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FSTC1000301 that you referenced can fit trailer frames that are up to 3" wide x 4" high so it would work well on the tongue of your trailer.
As long as your 5 lug bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2 inch then your wheel would be compatible too. I attached an FAQ on determining bolt patterns as well.
