Thank you for providing a photo of your truck and Rockwood pop-up camper, on which you want to transport your two kayaks.
The type of kayak carrier I recommend for your application is the foam block variety. This style is both among the lowest-cost available and is also very light in weight.
Low weight is an important consideration since the top of your Rockwood pop-up may have a limited weight carrying capacity. You'll want to check your owner's manual or with your local Rockwood dealer to confirm that your particular camper model has enough capacity for the actual weight of your two kayaks.
Available foam block kayak carriers can be viewed on the included link. These are all roughly similar in design. Rightline Gear also offer your most cost-effective option, their kayak carrier # RL100K10, which also includes straps and tie-downs.
For safety considerations I do suggest using additional tie-downs for your two kayaks, just to ensure no mishaps on your travels. I recommend the Erickson 4-piece S-Hook tie downs # EM31352 which are a great value. These 10-foot ratcheting tie-downs will help make it easy to ensure your kayaks arrive safely at your destination.
A link to all such tie-down products is also provided in case you wish to consider other options.
