No Power on Right Turn/Brake Light Circuit when Stepping On Brakes on 2004 GMC Sierra
Question:
The green wire does not have voltage when brake pedal is pushed. Problem must be under the dash of my 2004 GMC. The fuse if fine, no voltage on fuse either. Where is fuse wired to?

Expert Reply:
If there is no voltage on the associated fuse then it could be a problem with the power distribution box on your truck. A GM tech would have to look at that. There may also be a relay that needs to be examined. Use the owners manual to find relay locations.
If the turn signal is working but the brake light is not then it could be a blown stop light or CHMSL fuse but that should also affect the yellow, left turn/brake light wire.
