Can Friction Bar Sway Control Be Used on the Left and Right Side of a Trailer
Question:
I have a 32 foot travel trailer and I want to have 2 friction bars for added sway control i have the 1000lb bars and a ball with 2 mini balls for the friction bar hookups Do I use the same friction bars for both the drivers and passenger side or is there a special drivers side bar? I have 1 on the passenger side already Please advise Thanks

Friction sway control bars such as # 83660 can be used on the left or right side of the trailer. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation for you. I have also provide a link to another answer page that has a video I made showing how to set up the bar for the left side of the trailer.
