I have a 2013 Newmar Baystar 2901 motorhome. How would I be able to tell if this fits. It has a 20,500 GVW chassis with a V10 engine.

The Roadmaster # RM-1139-145 Anti-Sway bar you referenced will indeed fit your motorhome if it's shock mounts are parallel to the ground and have two holes per, you can see a photo of this by using copying and pasting this link:
