Speaker 1: Today, we're gonna be taking a look at Pop and Lock's line of power tailgate locks.You wanna refer to our fit guide to find the appropriate part number that will fit your vehicle. This power locking system's gonna keep all the cargo stored in the bed of your truck, whether it's behind a Tonneau cover or camper shell, no one can access it because it's locked safe.And since this power locking system connects directly to your vehicle's factory wiring, it's gonna work with your remotes and everything else, just as if it was part of the vehicle right from the factory.In addition to protecting the cargo that may be in the bed of your truck, it's also gonna protect your tailgate from theft.This locking mechanism is gonna interrupt your factory tailgate release handle, preventing it from opening the tailgate. It has a power actuator that will move a lever that will either engage or disengage your manual lever, allowing it to either open or not open.This is a permanently mounted option that's gonna be completely hidden with inside your tailgate. And since it's wired directly into your factory lock and unlock switch, you don't need any extra keys or anything.And while they're other locking systems out there that require you to use a key, back here at the back, this power system is gonna be much easier in the dark. You don't have to worry about fumbling with that key, finding the right one on your key chain. With just quick hit of a button, you can lock and unlock your tailgate and you're on your way.So not only does it work with your remote, but when you lock it up here in your vehicle, it also locks your tailgate.
Additionally, when you unlock it here in vehicle, it unlocks your tailgate. This is a game changer. Now my tailgate lock automatically unlocks and locks when I use the corresponding buttons on my remote, or the keypad on the side of the truck. Fairly easy to install. No more manually locking the tailgate with my key

2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty
Fast shipping, arrived on time. Install was fairly easy, took a little bit to get it wiggled into places because I have the old man step (as my son calls it). Overall good product.
