2023 Ford F-350 Cab and Chassis
The hitch is very well built. I am impressed with the cast receiver fitting. The separate side pieces did make it easier to mount on the truck. However, installation was not as simple as it might seem. Not the fault of the hitch but it is difficult to get the vernicle bolts that go into the truck frame in place due to the limited clearance between the fuel tank and tank guard. Even though I didn't have a body mounted on the cab and chassis, I had to lower the tank slightly to run the bolts up from the bottom. Dropping them down from the top might have been easier but would have left the threaded end very close to the plastic fuel tank. It also is impossible to get a box wrench on the top or a socket with a straight extension to torque the nuts down. The instructions call for over 200lbs of torque on these which is difficult to achieve with a universal on the socket. With a body in place would be impossible unless you remove the fuel tank.
Note that the pictures on the website have the side mounts installed backwards.
The hitch is good. Installation was more difficult than expected.

2022 Ford F-550 Cab and Chassis
Not a real “bolt on” product for a 2022 F550. On the right frame rail one bolt had to be pried into place because of the clearance of the gas tank and another bolt could not be properly tightened as wrench access was too difficult. On the left frame rail one bolt could not be placed, one had to be placed upside down, and another could not be accessed to tighten properly leaving on 2 of the 4 properly installed. Also, the receiver is cast steel and there’s no mounts for the 7 way.

Easy install even though the fuel tank was in the rear. Top bolts were a little difficult to instal and access but managable. Took a little longer to instal than suggested.
