  No, there are not. I checked with our vendors and the only hitch that will fit a 2023 Kia Soul EV is the Curt item # C67FR. This is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. This hitch has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight. I have linked an installation video below so you can see how to get it set up. • Which Hitch for 2020 Kia Soul has Best Ground Clearance
  The Curt part # C67FR has a ground clearance of 11.25 inches. The Draw Tite part # DT25GR would sit just a bit lower on your 2020 Kia Soul. The Curt has the hitch opening as close to the rear bumper as possible whereas the Draw Tite hangs just a bit lower.   The Curt # C67FR does have better ground clearance than the Draw-Tite # DT25GR for your 2020 Kia Soul. The reason you have to make a cutout for the Draw-Tite and not the Curt is because Draw-Tite decided to add a plate between the crossbeam and the receiver whereas the Curt has the standard downtube (see attached). The Curt instructions do call out using the Support Strap # 18050 for all non-trailer loads but this is something they are in the process of eliminating from their instructions....
