Fits a standard 2” receiver and accepts most brand telescoping flag pulls. I drilled a hole the post so I could lock the flag pole in with a hitch lock.

The construction is good (so far). I felt the need to drill new holes for the hitch pin so the mount didn’t stick so far out from the back of my truck. The mounting tube is 2.5” in diameter and my flag pole is only 7/8” in diameter. I had to use pipe insulation on my flag pole to take out the “play” in the pole. Two bolts in the tube to secure the flag would be better than the one supplied and a longer one would be nice as I had to replace the stock one because it was too short. I think I’m happy after the modifications, but haven’t taken the truck for a test run.

Quick delivery, product fits well on my Jeep Wrangler, even with an over sized spare on the back- the flag pole holder up tube clears everything.

Product is made in China so...but...it is sturdy enough for my purposes. The hole for the flag is 2 inches so you'll need one that big for proper fitting. You also need a trailer pin as well to secure in the hitch, it does not come with one. For the price it is exactly what I wanted. The thing that impressed me the most was how fast it arrived at my door. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and it arrived in two days. Gotta love that. I will do business with etrailer.com again.

The manufacturer does not include a pin and clip with this product. This allows you to use whichever style pin and clip you would like. A standard pin and clip like part # PC3 is an option, but you could also use a locking hitch pin like part # e98880 to make sure nobody takes your Hitch Mounted Flag Pole.

Not a very bright engineer that drew up the plans on this one!
Just another couple inches on the receiver bar and you could have put a patio umbrella in the tube (and while you're at it leave the bottom of the tube open(cheaper to manufacture)) and OPENED your tailgate and sat under the shade!!! Unfortunately this is impossible. SO SAD.
I think I'll manufacture my own and run this guy out of business!!

Purchased so we can fly our beloved American Flag on the back of our fifth-wheel camper. Fits our 2” hitch receiver perfectly. Now we fly our 20’ flag pole over our camper, it looks great! Great product! God Bless America!
