This sturdy material creates a long-lasting, weatherproof gasket to fill gaps between your RV's outer hull and the mounting points for vents, windows, and doors.I recently purchased the Go Power Overlander Expansion Kit - 200 Watt Solar Panel from etrailer to connect to a previously intalled 190 watt Go Power Overlander solar panel. Due to the configuration of my trailer, I was only able to mount the solar panel on the complete opposite side and end of my trailer. The installation was straightforward and without any issues. I give all the installation credit to the product video (Go Power Overlander Expansion Kit Review) by David C. All the purchased equipment; Go Power SC4 10' long output cables, the Butyl tape and self-leveling sealant work as designed. I have now increased my wattage and amps thus allowing me to camp "off-grid" for up to 5 or more days at a time. For anyone considering purchasing this Go Power 200 watt expansion kit, I would highly recommend it. Also, I would like to commed etrailer for their product videos and questions and answers section. I learned so much from these videos/forums that it gave me the confidence to install the solar panel when in the past, I would have had it installed by an RV dealer. Thanks for the outstanding customer service and the quality of products.
I've used this butyl tape for 2 fans that I've installed on my motor home and also for an installation of a water heater. It has worked great and I am very pleased with its use.
Received the 7.5 slide topper in record time. The person I talked to when ordering was very helpful and very friendly. Installed it today on my 2019 Jayco Redhawk 22 foot motorhome. Installation went without any problems. The hardest part was the last step of putting the 1/4" screws in the top rail. Had to put them in the bottom of the rail instead of the top. Not sure if they went through the bead of the topper. Is that a important step. Would appreciate someone getting back to me on that.

Great quality product! Had to redo my 1995 fifthwheel roof and used this for roof vents as well as the side drip rails. Works great, quite sticky too.
product came as describe and quickly. no issue with putting it on. keeping product in the fridge is very good advice. still have part of a roll left and it is the same as when I bought it a year ago. excellent place to purchase all trailer needs , will buy here again.
Easy to use, paper came off fine, worked great for replacing a skylight, I used a double thickness between skylight and roof membrane of trailer, no issues at all. also used some for replacing outdoor speakers on same Rv. Great product.

This tape is extra wide and perfect for the larger trim molding I am using to seal up my slide out. Much better than trying to double up the usual tape. It works very good and is easy to habdle.
This tape is amust for every RV'er. It's the best way to help seal up leaks when making on the road repairs etc. I don't leave home without it. God bless.

The 1.5" width made it easier for the rail installation I was doing for a slide out cover. Works well and what install video showed as 2 strips of 1" with trimming to do
