Due to the sloped rear windshield and larger rear spoiler we don't have any trunk mounted bike racks that fit your 2016 Lexus RX 450h. But we have a better solution with a hitch bike rack. Hitch racks don't touch the vehicle paint or windows, are much more secure, and easier to install. For a bike that has fenders the Thule DoubleTrack Pro XT # TH92BJ is a great option. Reason being that it grabs the bikes at the frame with a very easy to use and effective clamp system instead of needing to grab the bike's tire which a fender would interfere with.

You can put a pair of Snow Tire Chains on just the front wheels of your 2010 Lexus RX 450H AWD and you would be fine in the snow.
For added stability it would not hurt to have another pair on the rear wheels, but it is not necessary.
You should also check with the owners manual of the vehicle to ensure that your vehicle is compatible with snow chains.
