For a tandem axle trailer the Timbren suspension kit part # TTRA1702 would be a great option to provide additional suspension support. It can provide up to 1,000 lbs of additional support per axle. Since you have a tandem setup you'd need two of these. This will get rid of suspension sag when your trailer is loaded which would raise it up in a sense, but it is not actually a lift kit.

It would most likely do just the opposite of that. I do have an option for you but the Lippert Components Center Point by Trailair Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade part # LC1565401 is for leaf spring axles only and cannot be used with a torsion axle setup. If you are experiencing a rough ride then most likely the rubber inside your torsion axle has become worn and it will need to be replaced. You could add a shock kit to your trailer to help soften the trailer suspension movement. It will get rid of the bounce since it slows down the up and down movement of the trailer's suspension. For cost to stay down, I recommend the Axle-Less Suspension kit like # A35RS545E for a tandem axle application. These come in various weight capacities and use Aeon Rubber springs for suspension instead of the leaf springs or rubber cords in a torsion system. These come with EZ-Lube Spindles for easy maintenance, but other than the bearing maintenance and brake maintenance, the system is maintenance free. There are several cushioned trailer equalizer options on the market, you can pick hairs with each but for the most part, they are all pretty similar. That said, I tend to side with the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit part # K71-652-00 for a 33' axle spread or part # K71-653-00 for a 35" axle spread.
