While there are rotating/articulating couplers and mounts, there aren't any that work with a trailer hitch ball as that would be too much rotation, both on the coupler and the hitch ball. So you would need a different connection type from Lock N Roll, which interlocks with the coupler bolt and pin from the mount.

The bolt holes are 1/2 inch in diameter so I would recommend Grade 8 bolts with that diameter and the length that fits your trailer the best. For weight distribution you do need to make sure that the tongue weight rating is correct for the tongue weight of the trailer which means going with a system that has a range that your loaded tongue weight falls right into the middle of but for total trailer weight you just have to make sure that it is rated for more than is needed. I have a great solution to lock your trailer but the multi-fit couplers, and especially the one you have, are hard to fit coupler locks on. Since the hitch height on your vehicle is 17-1/4" and the coupler height of your trailer is 16-1/4" you would need a ball mount with a 1" drop to level your trailer, but such a ball mount does not exist. Instead I recommend the Curt Solid 2-Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 2" and 2-5/16" Balls - 10K - Black # C45660 which has no drop, but the tongue weight of the trailer will push down on it and bring you very close to level.

I can definitely help come up with a way to make the Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer # Y08129 as theft resistant as possible but I can't safely recommend you replace the hardware that secures the coupler or hinge to the trailer tongue with hitch locks of any kind. Since your Stevens M416 has an A-frame design the correct coupler setup you'd need for your trailer to use a Lock N Roll Articulating Coupler would be the part # 336TS504 which was designed for A-frame trailers for a direct fit that won't extend the trailer tongue.
