For a trailer hitch, the Curt # C13272 Class III hitch would be my recommendation. I prefer the finish Curt uses on their trailer hitches.
For a trailer wiring harness, I'd go with the Curt # C56217. For a ball mount, use # C45010 and # 63845 for a trailer ball.

With a tongue weight that low, the geometry of your trailer is so out of whack that I sincerely doubt a weight distribution system would be able to help. I'd use extreme caution when towing that trailer, be sure to keep your speed low.

Pretty much all electric trailer jacks require a direct battery connection to function properly. The circuits on a 4-pin trailer connector do not provide a big enough wire gauge or a suitable amp rating to power an electric trailer jack. The fuse/circuit protection on those wires would fail or the wires would overheat before the jack would start moving.

I am not sure why your kayak trailer came with a female 4-way connector. In the trailer industry, the tow vehicle uses a female style trailer connector and the trailer uses a male style connector. There are a couple things that you can do that will help with the sway and bounce on your trailer when you are pulling it with your vehicle. The first thing you can try to do is tow the trailer level. If the tongue on the trailer is high, then the trailer will not have as much stability if it were level. Before you do anything, you're going to want to check with your trailer's manufacturer, and verify if your trailer is even rated to be able to tow. Then, you're going to want to check with your state's laws, and ensure if you're legally allowed to triple tow, as many states do not allow this.
Additionally, most states that do allow triple towing, will require the trailer to be an in bed trailer. So you wouldn't be able to tow a travel trailer behind a travel trailer.

Jacking a dual axle trailer high enough to raise the front tires off of the ground is not how the jack is designed. All of the weight of the trailer in front of the rear axle and the weight of the axles springs wheels and tires would be on the jack and at that point it would be at an angle.
