In order to carry a bike rack on the back of your Taxa Cricket travel trailer with 40" between the frame members you can use the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch # C13701 which will fit on trailer frames between 18" and 51" wide. This hitch has a 2" drop on the receiver to allow you to clear the rear bumper and can be either bolted or welded onto the frame of your trailer. Because of the size and type of trailer, you may want to reach out to the manufacturer to determine whether or not the frame of this trailer can handle the additional weight on the rear that will come with a trailer hitch and bike rack combo.
I'll also note here that not all bike racks are rated for use on the back of a travel trailer. If you don't already have a rack that is rated for this application, the Swagman # S64663 is a great, entry level bike rack that is easy to load because of the platform style and has been rated for use on the back of a travel trailer.
I've linked a brief review video of this hitch for you to have a look at, as well.
