I assume you have the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System part # LC358590? If that is the case then there is a manual override on both the top of the motor and bottom of the leg for each jack. Since the jack is retracted then it will be best to use the manual override on top of the motor. On the top of the motor is a rubber plug. Remove the plug and insest a 3/8" drive (socket + extension), then turn.

Most likely the problem is that the connector that runs to the left turn signal of the vehicle just isn't fully seating so the connector does not have the voltage at the pin.

The 5.H, or S.H, code that you are seeing on your Primus IQ # TK90160 means that the brake wire sees a short during idle condition. The short is on the blue wire of the brake controller somewhere between the controller and the trailer connector. Typically it's a bit of corrosion on the inside or the outside of the connector that causes this.
