The 5.H, or S.H, code that you are seeing on your Primus IQ # TK90160 means that the brake wire sees a short during idle condition. The short is on the blue wire of the brake controller somewhere between the controller and the trailer connector. Typically it's a bit of corrosion on the inside or the outside of the connector that causes this. But sometimes it can be cut or exposed wire on the circuit as well which you'd need to inspect and fix as needed.
