While we do have options to accomplish what you are wanting to do, we do not have the locks available in black or the bent style if you want everything to be keyed the same.
You can use the etrailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98881 (x3) and the etrailer Surge Brake Coupler Lock # e98888 (x1) to provide you with the 3 hitch locks and 1 coupler lock. These can all be keyed alike by selecting the keyed alike option when adding them to your cart.

The Demco Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler W/ EZ-Latch # DM13689-52 you were looking at uses 1/2" mounting hardware so you will need to pick up three 1/2" grade 8 bolts, six grade 8 washers, and three grade 8 lock nuts to secure this to your 3" wide pole tongue.

The Master Lock Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock and Coupler Lock Set - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # 3794DAT does not offer an option to be keyed alike to other kits or individual parts. The Master Lock Commerciall Padlock # ML1KA does have the option to key alike multiple padlocks, however there is not an option available to have them match the # 3794DAT lock set.

The Commercial Grade Battery Box # 329-HM408 does not offer a way to lock the lid from the manufacturer. Since the box is a molded plastic it wouldn't be to difficult to add 2 Hasps # 720DPF to lock the lid in place.

Unfortunately, you are not able to combine different circuits on a single generator so the device you are searching for does not exist.
