Locking Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin For Use with Curt Dual Ball Mount
Question:
I got this setup since our 6x12foot trailer just isnt quite long enough to put my small 140cc dirt bike in as well as our Mule. This will allow us to put the bike up on the hitch and still pull the Mule and Trailer. My question is will the locking mechanism on the carrier work with the Curt Ball Mounts - D210 2inch receiver or is there a better way to help with rocking? By turning the mechanics it will touch but with the Non curved edge curved edge against the carriers 2inch bar

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're asking if the hitch pin on theetrailer Motorcycle Carrier # e98873 will work with the Curt # D210; the answer to that question is yes. The hitch pin will work on the 2" receiver of the Curt # D210. Your best bet to eliminate sway on your dual receiver is by using something like the Malone Anti-Rattle HitchLock System # MPG908 in conjunction with the hitch pin to help eliminate sway and rattle on the upper receiver.
If you're looking for a solution to actually lock your accessory onto the receiver, you can use the Let's Go Aero # 63232, which will function for security as well as eliminating any rattling you might be getting. This anti-rattle hitch pin is designed for 2" receivers with no more than 2-5/8" span from outside of one side of the receiver to the other.
The one thing I'll note about using the Curt # D210 is that when using the upper receiver, your hitch's tongue weight capacity is 50% of what it would normally be. You will want to verify that the tongue weight of your trailer plug the weight of the motorcycle and carrier are not more than 375-lbs total.
