The Dump Door Hinge # PLR1904-Z was specifically designed for heavy duty dump trailers. The mounting bracket is manufactured from 1/4" steel and the 1/2" pin can handle a lot of weight. While the manufacturer does not give a particular weight capacity due to the length of the door having as much of an effect as the weight, you would want to make sure to use a reasonable amount of hinges on your doors. To find the exact hinge you have you would need to reach out to the motorhome manufacturer, which is a giant hassle for them to typically just tell you it's an OEM only part. Robert, what I found is that this must be Sunlite Trailers part number for the MORryde step. To find the replacement step that will work for you is to measure from the door way thresh hold on the camper to the ground. Then measure from the inside of the door flange to the inside of the door flange on the opposite side. Then next measurement would be to measure the rise of your thresh hold. Hi there John; I'd love to tell you exactly what you need but you have to know the weight of the door, there just isn't any way around it. There isn't a product or kit to completely eliminate the spring and cable so to find the right one you need the weight of the door (which the trailer manufacturer should be able to tell you) and the width of the door. Since the Cam-Action Lockable Door Latch # PLR158-SS is only the hinges, handle and latch there is no way to give them a load rating as it would vary depending on the pipe steel used and length of the steel. I do not know or have any way of knowing what type of 8" trailer hinge your 1996 Sooner Horse Trailer has. We have several options like the T-Strap Hinge w/ Wide Bracket for Enclosed Trailers item # 2008-8 that could work. I'm not sure what kind of hingers you had on your trailer but a T-strap hinge like the # PLR2212-AS or # PLR3408-SS is probably your best bet for replacement. There are three types of hinges for replacement roof vents: 3 point, 4 point, and continuous. Replacement # BV0534-00 has a closed round hinge, which is continuous. It sounds like you need either a continuous hinge that is not closed such as Replacement Dome Assembly # BVD0449-A03 or a 4 point hinge such as Replacement Lid # CAM40147.

Our manufacturers don't offer the pivot bolts separately at this time, but you could easily pick one up at a local hardware store or a competing online retailer if they offer one. You just need a grade 8 bolt and lock nut that is long enough to go through the pivot hinge. The general rule is to use a bolt that is as long as the height of the frame plus 1.5 inch.

I checked with Fulton and there's no difference other than the part numbers for their HDPB330101 and our item # FHDPB330301. This is common when they're sold by different vendors. They both fit a 3" x 3" trailer coupler, have a zinc finish, and are made of steel.
