Recommended Heavy Duty Hinge
Question:
Hello, I wanted to inquire about some hinges that can accommodate a swing door on a truck bed. This particular truck has a flat bed with doors that run on the surface of the bed and down. They use this for loading skids, easy off loading mulch etc. And he door folds down a full 180degree. I need a hinge that can accommodate 75-100lbs, has a grease zerk, and are weld on. Any suggestions would help. Thanks Domenick Cascio Cascio Welding LLC

The most heavy duty hinge we have is the Dump Door Hinge for Dump Trailers item # PLR1904-Z you were looking at. This hinge is made of 1/4" thick steel, has a grease zerk fitting, and has an overall length of 5-1/4".
