I have some alternative ideas for you. Unfortunately the Smart FourTwo muffler runs right behind the rear bumper so no one is going to be able to design a hitch that works around that. If you only wish to carry a few bikes then you could use the SeaSucker # 298-SX6000B roof cross bars with the Yakima # Y02114 Wheel mount bike racks. If you wanted to carry extra cargo you can use the Trunx # TRX44FR roof top cargo box with the same SeaSucker cross bars.

I have a solution for you, but the Blue Ox # BLU79FR is not compatible with your 2016 Smart fortwo Passion. Instead, the tow bar wiring I recommend that installs similarly is the Tow Ready Tail Light Isolating Diode System with 4-Pole Connector # TR118821, which will work well if your RV has a 4 way connector and the diodes in the kit work to eliminate any feedback between the two systems.

Based on my research, it is required that you disconnect your battery during towing. The Automatic Battery Disconnect For Towed Vehicles, Item # RM-766, is what you need. In 2012 the RV manufacturers weren't equipping their campers with camera brackets so most likely what you have on your 2012 Itasca Cambria was added later on.
