I do have an option to help with some of the problems associated with towing a trailer such as trailer sway but in regards to weight control, there are no options for a 2012 Audi Q5 since you cannot use a weight distribution system (trailer hitches nor vehicle are rated for use) and there are no suspension enhancement options. I have another option for you, but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver C114123 you mentioned is only confirmed to fit select Volkswagen Golf's and will not fit your 2014 Audi Q5.
Instead you will need to go with the Stealth Hitches Hidden Receiver # 391AUDQ509 and then also purchase the 1-1/4" Receiver Attachment # 391RR1 to give you a 1-1/4" receiver.

I spoke with my contact at Thule, who tells me that they do not recommend using a trunk mounted bike rack on an Audi Q5, as there is not a strong enough place to attach the top hooks holding the rack to the vehicle.
