In regards to CUSTOM fitting towing mirrors, we don't have any that will fit your 2011 Ford Expedition EL. However, we do have a pair of K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2 that may work with your vehicle.
These fit most mirrors 4-1/2" to 11-1/2" tall and adjusts from 4-1/2" to 14" tall x 14-1/2" wide. You mirrors should fit inside these dimensions, just measure or check your owner's manual to confirm.

On a 2001 Ford Expedition that did not come with a factory 7-Way, you will actually need to use adapter # 37185 to add a 7-Way. To connect the 4-Wires on the 37185 you will need to first ground the white wire to the truck frame. Then you will want to follow the factory wiring forward on the vehicle to where it plugs into another connector.

Which weight distribution hitch you'll need will depend on the specs of the trailer- the GVWR and the tongue weight of the trailer. From what I was able to find it looks like a typical 2 horse Featherlite trailer will weigh around 8000-lbs fully loaded. To finish the conversion of your 4-Way to 7-Way # C57674 on your 2016 Ford Expedition you will need a Charge Line Kit # RM-156-75. First to determine exactly what parts you need you will need to see if your 4-way flat plug is a factory plug or if the 4-way was added on. The best way to determine this is to check under the dash for the trailer brake connector. The connector will be tucked up behind the OB2 port above the throttle pedal. If your 2001 Ford Expedition has a rectangular plug like the one shown in the linked photo then it is likely that the vehicle was factory wired for a 4-pole connector. In order to convert to a 7-way you'll first need to have a 4-pole on the vehicle. You can use Curt part # C55250. I recommend using the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors - Clamp On - Qty 2 # CM11980-2, since they'll clamp on to the top of your 2020 Expedition's factory mirrors and won't interfere with the existing features you've got.
