When installed on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, the Draw-Tite 76104 will measure 6" and the Draw-Tite # DT78MR will measure 6-3/8", so it will be slightly longer (diagrams included). These are pretty similar to each other and do have the same weight capacities, but the safety chain loops and wire harness are in different locations. For your Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin boxes there is no advantage or disadvantage between the 18,000lb product # LC328492 and 21,000lb product # LC158778. As long as the pin box is rated as high or higher than the trailer's GVWR you'll be good to go. There isn't a difference in handling between bias and radial trailer tires; bias tires are designed more for hauling heavier loads and won't flex as much on the side walls. The downside is they'll run a bit hotter than radial tires that are designed for long highway trips where heat can build up. For a smaller camper you really could go either way and won't experience a lack of handling.

There is no difference between the two. We have two similar but different part numbers because we market the # BWGNRK1108 as a gooseneck hitch and the # BWGNRK1108-5W as the mount for the # BWRVK3400 sliding version of the B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch for short bed trucks or # BWRVK3500 for long bed trucks.
