We do have a Class V that fits the 2019 Ram 5500 but the Curt hitch part # C15800 is not a fit. I confirmed with Curt that the Class V hitch receiver part # C15400 fits the 2019 Ram 5500. The Curt Hitch Receiver part # C15400 can handle up to 2550 lbs of tongue weight and the installation does not require drilling.
