BandW Companion Flatbed Goose neck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs Item # BWRVK3050 i have a ram 5500 cab chassis with a band w turn over goose neck ball towing a 3 car wedge trailer i need to know how long the shaft is that side in where the original ball goes and will this hitch work with my current assembly? please respond as soon as possible . The B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3050 only fits into the mating B&W Gooseneck hitch installation kit # BWGNRK1500. Your photo appears to show a different product.

If you can find a B&W part number on your setup that will allow me to check further with B&W.

I did measure the part # BWGNRK1500 for you since it is in stock. From the top of the plate to the center of the pin hole is 2-inches; from the top of the plate to the bottom of the shank is 4-1/2-inches as shown in the linked photo.
