Replacement Hardwire Brake Controller Adapter For Prodigy P3
Question:
What brake controller wire adapter do I need for my p3 to fit my 2014 ram 5500 crew cab? My horse trailer has electric over hydraulic brakes. And will I need to go get the computer flashes to except this ? Thank you.

You'll need to hardwire the Prodigy P3, which means the correct adapter is the Replacement Brake Control Harness # 20127.
If you do not have a factory brake controller on your Ram you will not need to have it flashed; if you are replacing the factory brake controller there is a good chance you will (this is not a one size fits all answer which is why I can't give you a definitive yes).
