You have isolated the issue to the truck and already checked the fuses and the trailer connector. If you haven't used your owner's manual to check all the fuses and relays for towing just to be sure.

It sounds like your MaxxAir MaxxFan Trailer Roof Vent has a powered lift like # MA00-04500K but has a connection issue. It is getting power for the lid to open and close but not for the fan function. I recommend testing your wiring using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to make sure you are getting power to your fan switch and if so if power is getting to your new motor.

I did some research and it turns out that this error is fairly common amongst RAM owners. What this error is saying is that there is a problem with the ITBC (Integrated Trailer Brake Controller) system.
My guess is since you're using an aftermarket brake controller and not the OEM brake controller the system might be a bit "confused" for lack of a better term, especially since the brake controller is working just fine.

Since your trailer lights are working, it sounds like you have simply blown a fuse. I recommend checking fuse J02 (30 amp pink cartridge fuse) in the engine bay fuse box. If this isn't the issue, then I recommend using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test your brake controller functions.

That's a very interesting situation because the turn signals should be on the same circuit as your brake lights. Since your 2019 Ram 2500 is pretty new I think the issue is on your trailer, but it would still help to test the connector on your pickup with a circuit tester like part # PTW2991 to ensure you are getting power to your trailer. That is a strange issue to be having. I would start out by checking your truck camper to determine if the battery discharge is being pulled by the camper or is the truck pulling the charge from the camper. If the camper battery is being drained by the camper then you will just need a Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 to run from the 7-way in your bed to the camper battery. This should allow the battery to charge off your 2019 Ram 2500 when it is running.

It sounds like you have a short somewhere on your circuits. You can start by inspecting the 7-Way connector on your 2017 Ram and your trailers to make sure that they are clean and do not have any debris in them.
If those look good then the next step would be to inspect all of your grounds and make sure that they have a solid connection to a clean, bare metal surface. Even some paint could cause a bad ground which results in a short.

You will want to contact your local Ram dealer to determine if there is a ECU Flash which will fix the issue of the charge line sending power when the ignition is switched off. I do know this was an issue with older Ram trucks and the only way to resolve this was by installing a Relay # BDW42035 in line of the charge line.
