From what I'm seeing, the manual transmission models of the 2007 Subaru Forester can be flat towed and a complete flat towing setup consists of base plates, a compatible tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring, supplemental braking and possibly a high/low adapter. I have a solution for you, but the CIPA # 10300 is a custom fit mirror that's designed to fit on some older Dodge trucks and there is not a custom fit mirror for a 2013 Subaru Forester.
