What you're experiencing is fairly common but certainly fixable. The exhaust system at the rear of the car is attached to the vehicle using rubber isolators and easily bendable exhaust hangers. Because of this, the actual position of the exhaust system can vary a bit from vehicle to vehicle. When the # 76419 hitch is installed, its position will not vary from vehicle to vehicle. The large tolerances in the exhaust system is what can allow the rattle to occur. In other words, it's not the... view full answer...
I have never heard of a brake actuator being the cause of trailer sway; you mentioned higher speeds, and without a form of sway control, that's going to naturally occur more the faster you go. I can't give you any specific amount of movement in the tongue, but if you're mostly experiencing sway at higher speeds, you can help remedy the issue with a weight distribution hitch with sway control.
The Reese Steadi-Flex is compatible with surge brakes and the right one depends on your tongue... view full answer...

The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner # ACM150 is not recommended for use in a school bus because the Advent Air models are designed specifically for RVs. This is because of the suspension and housings that RV's have. This does not mean that customers don't often use them for alternative applications with success. But because of the copper pipes in the unit there is a higher risk of them breaking when mounted to a more rigid surface like what would be on your bus. If this were to happen it... view full answer...

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118760 is the same for the 2016-2022 Honda Pilot. I have linked an installation video below for this harness on a 2021 Pilot so you can see the installation process.
The installation is different than the previous T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118558 that fit the 2012-2015 Pilot. This harness had a connector on the outside of the vehicle for the 4-way and did not require as much removal of interior panels as the new body style.

Yes, you can run a Wire # 10-1-1 from your battery on your 2021 Kia Telluride directly to the auxiliary/charge line on your factory 7-way. I do recommend using a 30 amp. In-Line Circuit Breaker # 38630 to prevent power from overloading the wiring.
Since it is a factory installed 7-way you may want to check the fuses on your Telluride to ensure they are good and were not left out from the factory. Your owners manual indicates that there are three 30 amp fuses listed directly for the trailer... view full answer...
The ModuLite on the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118467 for your 2014 Subaru Forester serves 2 purposes. First it lessens draw put on the wiring by drawing power from the battery to power the lights on the trailer or Auxilary Lights # C53201. Secondly it coverts the tail light wiring from a 3-wire system(Left Signal, Right Signal and Brake) to a 2-wire system, since the trailer tail lights carry power for the turn signals and brake lights on the same yellow and green wires.

The Curt Welded Weight Distribution Shanks part # C17123 and part # C17122 are not considered extensions, therefore the hitch would not lose capacity as a result of this but it would if the weight capacity is under that of either shank which for part # C17122 is 15,000/1,500 lbs.
The shanks are made of solid steel and have a gusset for added support. Therefore, you should not be concerned about strength so long as you abide by their weight capacity. view full answer...

The best way to assess axle capacity is by measuring the diameter of the axle tube.
I recommend using digital caliper to do this and you can use the following to find out what the typical capacities of an axle are per their diameter:
- 1,000-lb - 2,000-lb Axles: 1-1/2 inch - 1-3/4 inch diameter
- 3,500-lb Axles: 2-3/8 inch diameter
- 6,000-lb - 7,200-lb Axles: 3 inch diameter
- 8,000-lb Axles: 3-1/2 inch diameter
- 9,000-lb Axles: 4 inch diameter
- 10,000-lb Or more axles: 5 inch diameter view full answer...
Bulldog didn't have any specific dB (decibel) figures available for their # BDW15018 3400 lb capacity trailer winch, but they stated that this particular winch is no more or less noisy than any other winch of this particular size and 3400 lb weight rating. What WILL make this winch a bit quieter than is the fact that this winch uses synthetic rope and a hawse fairlead, as opposed to a roller fairlead like a cable equipped winch would use. You won't hear the squeaky rollers turning or the... view full answer...

I think what you are asking is if right hand threaded lug nuts have a greatly likelihood of coming loose when installed on the left hand side of the trailer in comparison to when they are installed on the right hand side of the trailer due to the direction the wheel is rotating. If that is the case then this was a concern at one time but more accurate testing has confirmed that it makes no difference as to what way the lug nut threads on in relation to the rotation of the wheel.
