To install the excellent Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller # 90885 on your 2019 Ram 1500 you just need the Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3024-P. The factory brake controller port should be located underneath the dash, above and in front of the accelerator pedal. On your 2020 Ram 1500, the best way to determine which line is the return line on your transmission is to start the engine while the engine is cold and put the shift lever in drive for 10 seconds. Then return the shifter to park, stop the engine and remove keys. The 5:00 position of a 7-way is for a brake controller output circuit to activate trailer brakes which you'd have to have a controller installed on your 2018 Ram 1500 for that circuit to have voltage on it. A brake controller will require use of the 7-way on your 2011 Ram 1500, but the brake controller itself will be installed very easily. The controller I recommend, the Prodigy P3 # 90195 only requires you to use Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3021-P; one end of this adapter will plug into the brake controller itself while the other will plug into the harness that is located underneath the dash of your Ram.

You can adjust the position of the fork mounts on the Swagman Pick-Up Truck-Bed-Mounted 2 Bike Carrier, # S64702 for proper bike spacing. There are 2 bolts that clamp each fork mount. The Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1225D that you referenced could physically be installed so that it uses 12V power from the 7-Way connector on your truck, but it's not going to allow for ideal operation. The problem is that typical trailer connectors use smaller 10 gauge wiring that just isn't capable of allowing enough power to pass through to really charge a battery up.

I called my contact at Tekonsha and asked about the installation of your Voyager brake controller, part # 39510 on your 2015 Ram 1500.
They told me that the 6-degrees of pitch you have when the brake controller is installed may not be any issue but the only way to truly know is by testing it. In regards to the Draw-Tite Activator IV Trailer Brake Controller part # 5504, the setup instructions which come with the controller show to test drive the truck with trailer attached after install. If the brakes are jerky then you'll simply need to turn down the gain on the controller.

I do not have a diagram that shows the correct wire to splice in to connect to the cold side of the stop light switch on your 2021 Ram 1500, but to find the correct wire you will need to look at the brake pedal, and find the switch. Once you find the switch you will need a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to find the correct wire. There may be a wire loom or tape of the wires that you will need to carefully remove to get access to the individual wire.

While there is not a way to test the "full" scope of working properly, you can definitely ensure that it is receiving the proper power and starting the calibration process. A trailer does need to be connected in order for the LEDs to be on when using the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR.
If you press the manual override without a trailer connected, the led light should flash blue, but go out again, which means the controller does have power.

The Explorer Rails that come with the Pace Edwards JackRabbit # JED77A01-UR3004 just replace the original rails and they have a T-Slot for the included Utility Rack to slide in (see attached photo).

The location is completely up to you. The Prodigy P3 # 90195 can be installed anywhere as long as it is in the vertical plane.
Some reasons for mounting it on the right may be because most people are right handed or possibly that installer just used his personal preference.

When we have reached out to Tekonsha about this same situation for a 2019 Ram 1500 they said that the connector for the adapter # 3024-P is actually located behind the center console area and that you'll need to reach behind the dash (from the driver's side by the pedals) and around a metal brace to get to the connector for a brake controller like the P3 # 90195.
