Not all weight distribution systems come with sway control. Sway control is usually a good idea, but if you do not experience much sway when you are towing, then you do not need to add it.
If you want to add sway control, then you may be interested in the Friction Sway Control Kit, # 83660. The head of your weight distribution system must have an additional ball hole to the side of the main hitch ball to accommodate the sway control bar (see photo). If you have an automatic transmission and the vehicle is front wheel drive, you will need to use a tow dolly and I will cover that later. You could use a Taillight converter like part # 118158 in conjunction with a wiring kit like part # RM-154. You can omit the converter from the wiring and the Vibe would not have the amber turn lights while being towed, but they would work when the vehicle is driven.
