Do you mean they are working intermittently? Because if that's what you mean, then there's a really good chance that your ground wire is the problem. Typically when things work intermittently, that means the ground has a weak connection and is causing the on / off behavior.

If the brake output is active at the back of the controller but then not active at the 7-way connector that would indicate you have a short on that circuit somewhere between the two. It could be as simple as corrosion on the pins of the 7-way or even at the back but if not you'd have to trace the wiring to find the short and fix as needed.

The problem is that either your tow vehicle isn't supplying power to the right turn/stop circuit or that circuit is messed up on your trailer side.
Using a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 check the pin for the right turn/stop function on your tow vehicle side. Have you checked the relays in addition to the fuses? If not then this would be the next thing I check. You can swap a relay out that you know is working for one that is not to do the above. I will say that the vast majority of cases with this issue will be attributed to a blown fuse so make sure to inspect the element inside the fuse carefully as it is not always obvious it is blown. What you will want to do is test the wires going into the box of the converter box for voltage with a circuit tester like the # PTW2993 to see if there is voltage going into the box when the taillight functions of your vehicle are applied, and then test the output side of the box to see if the current is making it through the converter.
