I pulled the Thule Wall Mount Adapter # TH307999 from our warehouse to get these measurements for you. I included an image as well to show you the different measurement points.
The holes are spaced vertically 3-1/8" on center but the horizontal holes seem to fall between 4-1/4" to 4-1/2" on center. They weren't exactly the same between the top and bottom rows and almost looked like they were drilled at random width wise.

The RV hitches are fairly universal so I can give you some options and you can decide based on dimensions and the style you want. For a frame mounted hitch you will need to know the frame width of your RV. The Curt # C13701 fits frames 18" to 51" wide and the # 13703 fits frames 22" to 72" wide.

That was enough information right there. If it is welded to the axle a modern replacement won't work. Unless you can find parts at a scrap yard you won't be able to get replacement parts for those brakes to rebuild them either. You will need to replace the axle like I mentioned before.

Hey Steve, so between the hitches that fit your 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara the etrailer part # e98856 and the Curt # C13392 have the exact same dimensions, and the Draw Tite part # DT78MR is slightly different.

The Large Storage Bins # LC175725 and the Small Storage Bins # LC131633 do have the same dimensions as far as height and width, so technically the Underchassis Double Bin # LC175180 could accommodate one of the larger bins. Based on pictures I can see of these Big Tex 60pi trailers, there is a good amount of open space on the tongue. Looking at picture of a 2014 Newmar Dutch Star 4374 the closest thing we carry is the Bauer Products # BA85FR. This fits cutouts that are 6" tall x 4" wide with overall dimensions of 7-3/8" long x 1-7/8" wide x 7-3/4" tall. You will need to know your cutout size to see if this or any other replacement handle will fit.

The bearing combination on your trailer is obsolete so there are no hubs that will fit. The best solution would be to replace the axle that has a spindle with a modern bearing combination.
