Recommended Suspension Enhancement for a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek
Question:
I think I only need the rear suspension enhancement installed on my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek for towing my camper trailer. The camping trailer is on the upper limit of the vehicles towing weight with some sag. My question is do I also need these installed for the front suspension? And if so why? Thank you

I wouldn't worry about adding anything to the front. The only reason you would want to add the Coil SumoSprings item # CSS-1125 to the front of your 2018 Crosstrek is if you had a front hitch or weight pushing down directly on your front axle.
Since you're close to the towing capacity on your Subaru, I recommend using a weight distribution system to address the sagging in you're experiencing. The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control item # FA92-00-0450 works with trailer's that have tongue weights up to 450 lbs. Tongue weight is typically between 10% and 15% of your trailer's total weight depending on how it is loaded so you would be well within the 450 lbs range if you are close to your Subaru's capacity.
The Fastway e2 item # FA92-00-0450 will keep the tongue of your trailer level with the hitch on your Crosstrek. It also has built in sway control that will keep your trailer in line when you are driving down the highway and get passed by a semi or make a sudden move.
I have linked a review video below so you can see the functions of this weight distribution system demonstrated.
This system does not include a hitch ball. Depending on your coupler size you will either need a 2" Hitch Ball item # A-90 or a 2-5/16" hitch ball item # C40030.
