The only thing you can really do is raise the trailer with an over/under kit, which moves your trailer's leaf springs to the top of your axle and lifts your trailer approximately the same amount as your axle's diameter plus the height of the leaf spring pack (please keep in mind this conversion kit is for use with double-eye springs only). When using a grease gun like the # L30200 and grease like the # L11390 to grease the axle/bearings on your 5th wheel you technically don't have to pull your slide-outs in. But, I highly recommend that you do. You are going to have jack your 5th wheel trailer up to be able to spin the hubs as needed when greasing. If you can't find any markings that specify the number of your Dexter Torflex axle, the only way to determine the correct lift kit is by calling Keystone with your VIN so they can specify the axle you have. We wouldn't have a way to know specifics about axles on a particular RV, and I couldn't find anything - Keystone didn't even have an owner's manual online for a 2007 on their website.

Stepping down from 50 amp to 30 amp should leave your more than enough to run the lights in your trailer and the converter to keep the battery charged. You just wouldn't be able to run both AC units at the same time since they have a very high draw. The only true what to tell if a trailer has self-adjusting or manual adjusting braking assemblies will indeed be to remove the hub and look for the self-adjust cable (see photo). I am not aware of another method for this as the model number (if present) is generally placed on a sticker inside the assembly which also requires you to remove hub. Interesting question, but a Reese Goose Box is not going to increase the chance of the trailer hitting the truck bed (I assume you are referring to the top of the truck's bed sides) on uneven ground so long as you maintain the same clearance levels and recommended clearances for a level ride. You are still going to want 6 inches of clearance above the bed side to the trailer overhang.
