On the replacement 2 5/16th ball with coupler plate for the Trailer Valet XL, is it the updated design that eliminates slip out and wiggling?

I spoke to the technical department for the Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly # TVXL25 for which the Replacement 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # TVHB25 is designed for and they said that it has not been updated in at least 5 years.
I believe it may have been a previous model trailer dolly that had the issues you are referring to.
