We do have a list of bike racks that can be used for both flat towing and a motorhome which I am linking to this answer page for you to filter through. Some of the racks are only rated for a flat towed vehicle or a motorhome though so it's important to make sure that the one you choose is rated for both. I recommend checking out the Yakima OnRamp # Y36FR or LongHaul # Y02476 which are both great bike racks that are rated to be used both for a flat towed vehicle and a motorhome.

If you are talking about the hole spacing for Westin Max bull Bar # 46-43635 the center to center distance between the holes is 31-1/4 inches. I went out to the warehouse and pulled the Curt combo bar # E-11 and a Hidden Hitch combo bar # 80818. The hidden Hitch bar is 1/4 inch steel tubing and the Curt bar is slightly less, about 0.21 inches. Going with a Hidden Hitch, Draw-Tite, or Reese combo bar should get you closer to what you need.
