I have a solution for you, but the Pavement Ends Flip Top Soft Top that you referenced has been discontinued and will not fit the Unlimited model Jeep Wranglers like your 2006 model.
Instead you would want the Bestop Trektop NX Soft Top for Jeep # B5682135. This replacement soft top has a sunroof like the Flip Top you referenced plus it has tinted windows.
