The Pavement Ends Replay Soft Top Fabric for Jeep - Tinted Windows # PE5114815 is just the vinyl top and it requires the factory OEM bow kit to support it (see attached photo). If you have the OEM bow kit installed then this will work.
If you don't have the OEM bow system then I recommend going with a soft top that does not require the bow system, such as the Rampage Trail Top All-Season 2-in-1 Soft Top for Jeep - Tinted Windows # RA109535. This is a similar setup which also features tinted... view full answer...

The Exposed Racks Roof Rack for Jeep JL and Gladiator Soft Top - Square Bars - Steel - Black # ER74FR is made to fit under soft tops and only be used when the soft top is open or removed. While a lightweight cargo bag may be fine, I still do not recommend doing so because the soft top is not made to hold any weight from cargo added to the top of it and doing so could cause damage. I recommend only using this roof rack when the top is open or removed. view full answer...

Your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited should have literature either in or with the owners manual on removing the factory top but if the literature does not explain it well enough the best thing you can do is go to a Jeep dealer and ask them to show you. I know for me I would learn better by seeing it done.

An option would be Magnetic Light Mounts like part # TLP01. You'd shut the mounts in the windows of the driver and passenger side and then the magnetic lamps like part # RM-2120 would stick to the mounts. Although the lamps would be on the side of the vehicle and not on the rear, they'd still be highly visible. view full answer...
