Is any Additional Hardware Needed to Install a Bestop Sunrider on a 1993 Jeep Wrangler

Hi, I want to know if I need any other hardware to install. My brother in law has a 1993 jeep wrangler that had a hard top on it. he removed the hard top and wishes to install a soft top. i need to know if he needs any hardware. please see attached pics.
