Yes, you can use the head, shank, and hitch ball part of the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution part # BLU36FR for standard towing when you don't need weight distributing properties. I recommend removing the tail light assemblies on your 2008 Honda Pilot before drilling into the back of them to install the bulbs. Also make sure that you do not drill through any vital components on the assembly. The wiring should be able to get routed down through the vehicle through where the tail light assembly mounts.
When drilling, use bits that are made for plastic and start with a small pilot hole first and work your way up to the correct size for the bulbs.

When you receive the Thule Apex XT 4 Bike Rack # TH9025XT the shank is folded up against the main mast of the rack. Those two M6 x 25 mm screws are what help to keep the shank from folding up like that again. I do have options for you in the Better Bath Double Bowl RV Kitchen Sink part # LC388412 for example which is 27-1/8" long x 16-1/8" wide x 6-1/4" deep and is made of 20-gauge stainless steel but I am not sure if you are going to find one with the exact requirements you have listed. If you do not care about the hands-free liftgate feature on your 2019 Honda Pilot then you do not need to worry about relocating the sensor. You only need the sensor relocation kit if you want to be able to use the hands-free liftgate after installing the Curt # C13146. There will not be any errors, it simply will not function.

Looking back at your previous orders you purchased 2 trailer wiring harnesses. The most recent appears to be Curt trailer wiring harness # C56170. It fits the 2012 to 2015 Honda Pilot with factory tow package.
The other harness was # 118491. It fits the 2009 to 2011 Honda Pilot without factory tow package.

The Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit # D13503 for your 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L will hold about 5-1/2 to 6 ounces of transmission fluid. This will vary not only by the length of hose you use, like you mentioned, but also how much fluid is lost during the installation. Just be sure you have a little over 6 ounces and you should be good to go.

I can see why the instructions might be confusing and unfortunately we don't currently have an installation video of the # 118286 on a Honda Pilot with the backup sensor available, but I can help you. If you check out image D on the instructions page it shows where you should look to plug into the backup sensor. This plug is located behind the passenger side access panel.

Ordinarily, you would need three components to complete a brake controller and trailer wiring set up on a 2004 Honda Pilot. The brake controller, the 7 and 4 Way Installation Kit, # ETBC7, and wiring harness 43105 or 118336. To tell the difference between a 4-Way or 7-Way Connector is to look at the connector itself and see how many pins it has. I have included a picture showing both a 4 and 7-Way for you.
The 4-Way is the basic connection for trailer lights. You have 4 pins, one controlling the left turn signal and left brake light, one controlling the right turn signal and right brake light, one for the running lights, and the last is a ground wire.

It sounds like you are missing the fuse in your smaller, secondary under-hood fuse box that powers the brake controller. I checked in a manual for a 2012 Honda Pilot, and it was the number 14 fuse labeled Trailer E-Brake. It should be close if not identical in your 2013 model. There is a plug-in for the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers # 3070-P in your 2017 Honda Pilot. You will not need to pop off any fascia/plastic to access it. In regards to installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package part # 118286, the pigtail with the blue wire is used on models with reverse sensors only so if you don't have these there will not be a plug for this. If you do have reverse sensors then you'll need to locate the matching plug behind the panel. It plugs in to the mating vehicle connector, next to the main tow package connector behind the driver-side trim panel, but only if the vehicle has the back up sensors.
