If you need to replace the 7-Way on your 1996 Ford Van then I recommend going with the Hopkins Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole # 37185. You can simple cut off the included 4-Way and splice this into your existing wiring if need be. You will want to attach the following colors to the following functions on your Van:
Green - Right Turn/Stop
Yellow - Left Turn/Stop
Brown - Tail/Marker
White - Ground
Blue - Brake Controller
Black - 12V Power
Purple Auxilliary (usually Reverse)

I reached out to Dexter and they no longer make that axle. I can confirm based on the bearing sizes you gave that you have a 3,500 lb capacity. If you determine you just want to replace the hub, I recommend the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # 84546UC3 or # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K if you have the grease zerk integrated in the spindle.
Since we can't match the spring seat to spring seat dimensions if you want to replace your axle I recommend using... view full answer...
In order to retain your current suspension geometry, you'll need to use an equalizer of the same length and height as the 7-3/4 x 2-7/8 equalizer you currently have. The Dexter Axle # K71-449-00 offers equalizers that are the same width and height as what you have now. The only difference is that the shackle links are a tiny bit shorter, at 2-1/4 inches versus the 2-1/2 you currently have. This difference is very small and won't be enough to have a negative effect on your suspension geometry.

Trailer jack weight ratings are basically for the tongue weight that they would be lifting. Their rating is not for the entire weight of the trailer.
So the Ultimate Trailer Jack part # 322-RDJ-2K that you referenced has a 2,000 lb lifting capacity which would be more than enough for your 5,300 lb trailer which would have a tongue weight most likely of around 500 lbs. view full answer...
To replace just the hat bushing for your Roadmaster End Link Kit # RM-590230-00 you will need the part # RM-205223-00. For the metal sleeve that the bushings install around you will need the part # RM-205501-00.
Each of these will include one bushing or sleeve so in order to replace the bushing and sleeve on both ends of a single End Link you will need to order a quantity of 2. If you need to replace both ends on both of the End Links you will need 4. view full answer...

Depending on the 7-way connector you presently have, we might have a very easy solution for you.
Take a look at your existing 7-way, and see if it's possible to unplug the factory harness from the back of the connector. There will be a gray locking tab that needs to be slid toward the front of the vehicle before the connector can be unplugged. If it's possible to unplug the harness, the Tekonsha # 74682 would be a perfect plug and play replacement.
If you cannot unplug the connector from... view full answer...
The only ladders we currently carry are a universal style, with only a few minor differences in height and paint jobs. You can get the endcaps, support legs, and replacement steps for the Stromberg Carlson Exterior RV Ladder # LA-401, but you can't get just half of the ladder alone.
If you do end up replacing your ladder with this I highly recommend sealing up your mounting holes with butyl tape # AL28FJ and some silicone sealant. view full answer...
