The correct replacement wiring harness for a 2001 Ford E350 Van with the factory tow package is the Reese Multi-Plug Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connectors # 74682. This harness comes with a 4 way and 7 way trailer plug to allow you to tow trailers with and without brakes.

My technical contact at Roadmaster told me that the Roadmaster Sway Bar # RM-1139-176 that you referenced utilizes the factory end links in your 2013 Ford E-450 Van. They do not have separate front end links that can replace your factory ones at this time.

There is a T-One connector to fit your 2011 Ford E-250 for a 4-way. Use part # 118551. However, to add a 7-way you need to connect some wiring. When you use an adapter to join a vehicle's 4-pole wiring to a trailer's 7-way wiring, an item like # 37185, only the basic lighting functions from the 4-pole setup will reach the trailer unless you make more circuit connections. Those additional functions are trailer brakes, reverse lights and 12V trailer power. Those extra circuit connections can be seen in the linked photo of 37185 which has pigtail leads for making those three additional functions.
