Both the # C23FR (Curt 13454) and the CU56FR (Curt 13436) are fits for a 4th generation Ford Escape, however the CU56FR which isn't a fit for the popular Escape Hybrid has been phased out in favor of the redesigned # C23FR which DOES fit the hybrid.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # TE54FR, a ball mount like # D-28 along with a # PC3 hitch pin and # 40038 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.

I did a little research and it looks like the stock fan in a 2011 Ford Escape is 500 to 650 cubic feet per minute. Flex-a-lite fan # FLX412 puts out 2,500 cubic feet per minute but draws much more power, 22 amps.

The CURT Trailer Hitch # 13650 and # C13651 are very similar. The 13650 has some additional hardware and updated instructions that make it compatible with the 2012 Ford Escape. The 13651 hitch only includes up to 2011 on the Ford Escape. The other difference is that the C13651 will fit if the vehicle has a factory 1-1/4 hitch already installed.

I spoke with my contact at Curt and he told me that the Curt Trailer Hitch, # C13651, does sit lower to the ground than the Curt Hitch, # 13650. Both trailer hitches will fit the 2005 to 2011 Ford Escape without a factory hitch, but the # C13651 will fit on models that were equipped with a factory 1-1/4 inch hitch.

Both the Yakima QuickBack 3 and the Thule OutWay 3 are great products, and are both considered a fit for a 2011 Ford Escape, however my recommendation would be the Thule OutWay 3 # TH56BV.

The etrailer hitch has a matte finish and the Curt hitch has a glossy finish. There are two differences between the two hitches you mention. The Curt hitch is constructed of round tubing, and the Draw-Tite is made of square tube stock. Secondly, the Curt warrantly states that a stabilizing strap like # 18050 needs to be used for extra support for non-trailer loads. This can be a hassle on some vehicles, especially hatch backs or vehicles with spoilers/wind diffusers.

The two available hitches for your 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid, are almost identical. We have the etrailer Trailer Hitch # e89YR and the Curt # C23FR. They are both very capable, class II hitches with 2" receiver openings. They are both rated up to 3,500 pounds towing and 525 pounds of tongue weight.
